Return policy:

Pet Thrive offers a 100% money back guarantee from 90 days after the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return. We will refund you for the products returned. Before you ship your return send us an email with your order number, what products are being returned, and a brief statement on why you are making the return.

• We will only issue refunds for items that are returned to us. We accept all items opened, empty, or still sealed.
• Do not ship any returns without first submitting an email.
• We will only refund to your original payment method.
• Once return is approved your package must be post marked within 10 days.
